Current Offerings

CHC Student Housing Limited Partnership - First closing of $18.3 million of partnership units and purchase of the first two properties was completed in late April. These properties were acquired in 50/50 co-ownership with Alberta Investment Management Corporation, one of Canada’s largest investment fund managers. The Partnership is in the business of acquiring and owning cash-flowing, purpose-built student housing buildings in proximity to Canadian university or college campuses. The Partnership, which intends to pay quarterly cash distributions, expects to generate equity yield of approximately 10% in its first year of operation with potential for growth in subsequent years.

Multiplier makes senior secured loans to established, high growth US companies backed by top-tier venture capital equity sponsors. The Multiplier partners include the former senior investment team of Orix Venture Finance where, over a 10 year period, they deployed almost US$1 billion in over 100 loans and generated IRR of over 20% with only one partial loss of capital.
