In order to qualify, each investor will be required to certify that they are an "accredited investor" or similar exempt category under the securities regulations in their jurisdiction of residence. Such offerings will not be made available to the general public.

Recent Offerings
Lytton Financial acted as exclusive agent and financial advisor to Lafarge S.A. in the recent divestiture of their Ontario precast subsidiary, Pre-Con Inc., which produces primarily prestressed concrete products such as Flexwall, insulated wall panels, parking structures, bridge girders, architectural panels and other structural products. The subsidiary was sold for $48.4 million as part of a Lafarge S.A. company-wide divestiture initiative.
