    Glenn A. Gold
    President and CEO

    Glenn Gold, Lytton's founder, is a senior investment banker who has held leadership positions with established Canadian investment dealers. Glenn is the former Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Head of Corporate Finance and Advisory (investment banking) at HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc. and Director and Co-Head of Investment Banking at Richardson Greenshields of Canada Limited. At these firms, Glenn served on their respective boards of directors, executive committees and liability/underwriting approvals committees. Each firm had a Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory Group which reported to Glenn. He also served on the Board of Directors of HSBC Capital Canada Inc., a merchant bank, as well as several public companies and charitable organizations.

    In over 25 years as an investment banker, Glenn has worked on a wide variety of financings and advisory assignments for large and small private and public companies involved in various industries. At Lytton Financial, Glenn is heavily involved in the execution of all mandates and has had detailed involvement in the divestitures of Pre-Con Inc. (for Lafarge), Filmport Inc., Brooklin/Boucher as well as the acquisition of Brooklin.

    Glenn earned a B.A. (Honours English, Cum Laude) from Concordia University and an M.B.A. from the University of Western Ontario where he was on the Dean's Honour List. 

    Rohit Mehra, CA, CBV
    Managing Director, Investment Banking

    Since joining Lytton Financial Inc. in 2005, Rohit has been involved in all aspects of the firm’s mandates. Rohit brings a diverse skill set that reflects over 20 years of experience in both financial and operating roles. His corporate finance and M&A experience includes transactions as an advisor, as well as a principal.
    Prior to joining Lytton, Rohit held executive roles, including CFO and COO positions, in a variety of operating businesses. Rohit has led companies in different stages of evolution, from start-up to turn-around situations, including the divestiture of a consumer products business, a business service outsourcing company as well as a natural gas marketing company.

    Rohit began his career at Grant Thornton where he specialized in the firm's business valuation, forensic and corporate finance practice areas. His experience there included work on a wide variety of financings and advisory assignments for large and small private and public companies involved in various industries including advisory work on a business in the transportation sector.

    He is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator. Rohit is a graduate of the University of Waterloo.

    Lubo Zizakovic
    Managing Director, Investment Banking


    Lubo starting his investment banking career at Scotia Capital Inc. focused on equity financing and M&A advisory assignments. He then joined HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc., first as the Vice President of Business Management, Corporate Finance and Advisory Division and then eventually was promoted to Vice President, Business Operations for the investment bank. Lubo next joined Loewen, Ondaatje, McCutcheon Limited, a boutique investment banking firm as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Lubo joined Lytton Financial Inc. in 2006.

    As an entrepreneurial venture separate from his investment banking activities, Lubo co-founded a company that creates monolithic software solutions for corporate clients. He earned a dual undergraduate business degree from the University of Maryland in Marketing and Logistics Management (Dean's List and All-Academic Atlantic Coast Conference) and an MBA in Finance from the University of Miami (Dean's Award for Academic Merit). Lubo was a two-sport letterman in university and played football professionally for five seasons in both the NFL and CFL.

    Darryl Ura
    Managing Director, Real Estate


    In his role, Darryl leads transaction generation, structuring and client relationship management, leveraging his extensive knowledge and 25 years of experience in financial services, real estate and capital markets. Darryl has extensive experience working with private developers in areas such as land rezoning, construction and property syndication. This includes the origination of limited partnerships, securing equity and debt financing for residential and commercial projects. Darryl served as Vice President at TD Waterhouse and National Bank Financial, managing high net worth portfolios totaling in excess of $100 million, and as Director of Private Placements at Dundee Securities, where he sourced and structured transactions totaling in excess of $250 million.

    Darryl is a committed leadership volunteer at Baycrest Centre, where he has lead several fundraising initiatives.
