Glenn Gold, Lytton's founder, is a senior investment banker who has held
leadership positions with established Canadian investment dealers. Glenn is the
former Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Head of Corporate Finance
and Advisory (investment banking) at HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc. and Director
and Co-Head of Investment Banking at Richardson Greenshields of Canada Limited.
At these firms, Glenn served on their respective boards of directors, executive
committees and liability/underwriting approvals committees. Each firm had a
Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory Group which reported to Glenn. He also served
on the Board of Directors of HSBC Capital Canada Inc., a merchant bank, as well
as several public companies and charitable organizations.
Rohit Mehra, CA, CBV
Since joining Lytton Financial Inc. in 2005, Rohit has been involved in all
aspects of the firm’s mandates. Rohit brings a diverse skill set that reflects
over 20 years of experience in both financial and operating roles. His corporate
finance and M&A experience includes transactions as an advisor, as well as a
principal. Managing Director, Investment Banking Lubo starting his investment banking career at Scotia Capital Inc. focused on equity financing and M&A advisory assignments. He then joined HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc., first as the Vice President of Business Management, Corporate Finance and Advisory Division and then eventually was promoted to Vice President, Business Operations for the investment bank. Lubo next joined Loewen, Ondaatje, McCutcheon Limited, a boutique investment banking firm as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Lubo joined Lytton Financial Inc. in 2006. As an entrepreneurial venture separate from his investment banking activities, Lubo co-founded a company that creates monolithic software solutions for corporate clients. He earned a dual undergraduate business degree from the University of Maryland in Marketing and Logistics Management (Dean's List and All-Academic Atlantic Coast Conference) and an MBA in Finance from the University of Miami (Dean's Award for Academic Merit). Lubo was a two-sport letterman in university and played football professionally for five seasons in both the NFL and CFL. |
