Glenn A. Gold
President

Glenn Gold, Lytton’s founder, has over 30 years as an investment banker, and has held leadership positions with well-established Canadian investment dealers. He is a former Executive Vice-President and Managing Director, Head of Corporate Finance, and Advisory (investment banking) at HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc.

Glenn served as Director and Co-Head of Investment Banking at Richardson Greenshields of Canada Limited. He also served on the respective boards of directors of these firms, as well as executive committees and liability/underwriting approvals committees.

Glenn served on the Board of Directors of HSBC Capital Canada Inc., a merchant bank, and those of public companies and charitable organizations, and continues to serve on public company and charitable boards.  He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, having earned the ICD.D designation.

He is actively involved in executing all mandates at Lytton Financial.

Rohit Mehra, CPA, CA, CBV
Managing Director

Since joining Lytton Financial in 2005, Rohit has been involved in all aspects of the firm’s mandates. He brings a diverse skill set that reflects over 20 years of experience in both financial and operating roles. His corporate finance and M&A experience includes transactions as an advisor, and as a principal.

A Chartered Accountant, and a Chartered Business Valuator, Rohit began his career at Grant Thornton. There he specialized in the business valuation, forensic, and corporate finance practice areas. He worked on a wide variety of financings and advisory assignments for large and small, private and public companies in various industries.

Rohit has held executive roles, including CFO and COO positions, in several businesses. He has led companies through various stages of evolution, from start-up to turn-around, including the divestiture of a consumer products business, a business service outsourcing company, and a natural gas marketing company.
